After the race you can relax in the Athletes Garden. Here you will be offered some quiet time to digest the race and the whole experience. The buffet will satisfy your needs for food and drinks, and our massage therapists’, will loosen up your tired legs. At long last you can enjoy a well deserved shower, before you, with your medal around your neck, can go out and meet you family and friends outside the Athletes Garden.

Athletes from Half VICHY won't be autorized to enter in the athletes garden after leaving the athletes garden.

Athletes Garden closes at 24.00 for athletes from Challenge Vichy.

After the race you need to pick up your BLUE bag and your bike from the transition area. To get your belongings out of the transition area, you need to have your race number and your timing chip with you. You can pick up your belongings from 17.00 for Challenge Vichy athletes and 13.00 for Half Vichy. All bikes have to be picked up before 23.59 Sunday evening.

In case of problem, a member of your family can pick up your belongings if he has your race number, your chip and an identity card.

Lost and founds

We recommend that you mark your gear with your race number, as Challenge VICHY is not responsible for your lost items.

Lost and found items can be handed to race officials in the zones or on the course. They must be collected from the finish line area on Sunday August 19 or at the latest on Monday August 20, before 1.00 p.m. at the award ceremony at Palais du Lac.

Lost items that have not been picked up at these times will be kept in the custody of Challenge VICHY, until Monday August 20, and can be returned by full payment of shipping costs and administration fee. After the Friday August 24, lost and found items will be discarded.


Doping

Challenge Vichy is in cooperation with the French Federation Triathlon and CPLD.

All athletes, professional and age groupers, may be subject for testing before and after the race. By registering to compete at this event you have consented to be subject to drug testing and adhere to the penalties associated with anti-doping rules. The athlete will be banned in accordance with the rules of FFTRI, should he/she be tested positive for any substance banned by the WADA regulations and policies and is not in vindicated by the administrative appeal process, or tested positive for any of the above mentioned items. If tested positive, the athletes will in any case be banned from racing in the Challenge Family for two years. A second offend will cause a lifetime ban.
