You will pass 5 aid stations on the bike course. They are placed at the following locations:
Bas et Lezat approx 23 km
Sardon approx 38 km
Pagnant approx 53 km
Limons approx 67 km
Bellerive sur Allier approx. 90 km
At each aid station you will find:
Bottles with water
Bottles with cola
Bottles with energy
Gels from
Energy bars
banana, orange
Toilets will be placed at all aid stations. Please use them!
Our partner will place a small supply of tools and a pump at each aid station so that small mechanical problems can be solved and the tire can get the right pressure after a flat.
Only with an aid station in sight you are allowed to dispose of bottles and garbage. Please keep the environment in mind before tossing garbage. Failure to follow these directions may cause a penalty.
Going into an aid station please follow the flow, and remember that other athletes will follow right after you. Prepare yourself for the aid station in good time. Race officials will hand you supplies when you pass by. But please be careful, so, dangerous situations are avoided.
