The moment we have all been waiting for, the last meters after 1.9 km swimming, 90 km bike ride and 21 km running, enjoy it, hear the crowd, feel all the emotions – this is your day! Don’t worry about your watch, be a crowd pleaser, pose for the cameras, it could be you in the headlines of the evening’s television news or on the front cover of the race magazine next year!
You may bring you child on the last meters crossing the finish line. They are not allowed in the athletes’ garden, and have to be picked up right after you have crossed the finish line to the exit of athletes garden. If too much athletes don’t respect this rules, we will ban the athletes cross the line with their children for 2013.
Challenge VICHY finishes with a big finish line party at 23.00. We look forward to seeing all athletes at the finish line, and to feel the special moment of the race, when the last finisher enters the area! After this, the run course will be closed and the roads will reopen.
Athletes Garden
After the race you can relax in the Athletes Garden. Here you will be offered some quiet time to digest the race and the whole experience. The buffet will satisfy your needs for food and drinks, and our massage therapists’, will loosen up your tired legs. At long last you can enjoy a well deserved shower, before you, with your medal around your neck, can go out and meet you family and friends outside the Athletes Garden.
Athletes from Half VICHY won't be autorized to enter in the athletes garden after leaving the athletes garden.
